For athletes and teams who want to see improvements between test sessions, we provide specialised training sessions and training programmes to help. These are based around improving the attributes tested and increasing sports performance. Having strong physical characteristics does not necessarily make you a great sportsperson, but we strongly believe that by improving them you will improve your overall performance. Training Sessions

Our training sessions are delivered by our specialised S&C coaches and can be provided to individuals, teams and all types of organisation. The sessions are specific to those attributes covered in our testing package and the sport the athlete(s) compete in. We pride ourselves on strong partnerships to help others add to their own training/package to create a win/win environment for both the athlete and the team/organisation. 

Types of training sessions we can provide include:

  • One to one sessions
  • Group sessions
  • Inclusive team training (session delivered alongside normal training)
  • Separate team training (session delivered before or after normal training)


Training Programmes

Created by an expert in their field, our training programmes cover general areas of performance, our current programmes include:

  • Speed, Agility & Quickness
  • Flexibility
  • Balance
  • Cardio Vascular Endurance
  • Power

The programmes include information surrounding the attributes, images with descriptions on how to perform each exercise, QR Codes to enable athletes to quickly see videos of exercises and a 12 week programme to follow. Programmes are available as part of some packages but can be purchased separately.
